During the eight (8) weeks of training offered to our partners, many areas of agency management are reviewed. Below is a list of some areas that are covered:

Business Planning – Using proven systems, our staff will assist you in the development of your business plan, including but not limited to market analysis, budgeting, advertising strategies, etc.

Operations Management – Proven systems for managing your agencies work flow, daily reports, and other operational issues.

Financial Management – How to analyze your agencies performance and how to apply specific enhancement strategies.

Marketing – You’ll learn how to segment your marketing efforts to zero in on the best prospects for your business. By role-playing and actual sales at existing offices you’ll hone your selling skills on the telephone and in person. You’ll also learn how to make effective use of marketing materials.

Vendor Referrals – Have access to vendors, from whom you may purchase affordable supplies, office equipment, and additional consultation and/or services.

Logo Design – Partner agencies receive logo material for use on marketing supplies, business forms, letterhead, and other applicable applications.

Abbey Insurance Interactive – Partner agencies are able to communicate on-line through instant messenger services. Agencies have access to web-site information and email. By having your own agency website within the Abbey Insurance site, you can direct prospects and customers to your customized page. Additionally, customers can get driving directions and maps to your location. Customers can also obtain request for quotes by submitting the online form to your location.
